The ability to say “no” to yourself to put off short-term gratification for the long-term gain is an important life-skill. Like a muscle, it is strengthened with exercise. The more you practice saying “no” to small daily challenges, the better you can withstand major temptations.
Challenge
There are plenty of daily temptations when you want to reach a goal. We challenge you to practice saying “no” to 1-3 different temptations each day.
What is hard for you to say “no” to?
Has your lack of ability to say "no" been keeping you from accomplishing your goal?
Now is the time to get real, and start learning how to say "no" if things are looking low girl. Yes is not always best.
