When working on mental development, we have realized that getting to know ourselves and understanding the core of who we are is so important! A tool that we recommend to literally everyone is The Enneagram!

The Enneagram is a tool that we have used for a while now to explore and encourage growth in such a positive way. Knowing your personality type allows you to maximize your strengths and manage your weaknesses. Understanding your core desire and core fear is a great way to bring self-awareness and move you to where you want to move in growth.
